This Privacy Policy explains, at a high level, how Insightora Quick Signal may collect and use information needed to provide the browser extension, backend service, billing support after paid billing opens, product support, security, and account workflows.

1. Account information

We may process account information needed to create, identify, and support your Insightora account.

2. Product research and extension information

When you use the extension to request Quick Signals, the service may process information needed to provide the requested product research output. This may include marketplace and product identifiers such as an ASIN, marketplace, domain, product page context, and other research data needed for the supported workflow.

3. Automated analysis

Quick Signal may use automated and AI-assisted processing to analyze the submitted product research information and produce decision-support outputs. These outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed.

4. Payment information handled by the payment provider

When paid billing opens, subscription and payment processing will be handled by a payment provider. Insightora may receive billing identifiers and account, subscription, transaction, status, and entitlement information needed for billing and account workflows. Billing is not open yet. Payment card details should not be sent to Insightora support.

5. Support communications

If you contact support, we may process the information you provide so we can review and respond to your request.

6. Logs and security

We may process logs and technical information for service operation, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, reliability, and security.

7. Cookies and local storage

This public website does not use cookies or tracking. The extension or backend service may use browser storage or local storage where needed for account access, preferences, security, or service functionality.

8. Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, support accounts and requests, protect security, prevent abuse, and meet legal, accounting, and operational requirements.
