Monthly subscription cancellation

You can cancel your Insightora Quick Signal Monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals so you are not charged for the next billing period.

What happens after cancellation

After you cancel, your subscription access and included Quick Signal quota generally continue until the end of the current paid billing period. After that period ends, the subscription does not renew.

Extra packs

Extra Quick Signal packs are usage-based add-ons available only to paid-active users. Because they add usable Quick Signal capacity to your account, refund requests for extra packs are handled conservatively and reviewed case by case through support.

How to request a refund

Refund requests can be sent to support@insightora.io. Please include the account email, a short description of the request, and relevant dates. Do not include payment card details.

How refunds are handled

Refund requests are reviewed case by case through support. We consider each request individually and aim to be fair and reasonable. Refunds are not automatic, and approval depends on the details of the request.
