These Terms describe the planned rules for using Insightora Quick Signal, a browser extension and backend service for Amazon seller product research. Insightora Quick Signal is currently being prepared for commercial launch.

1. Service description

Insightora Quick Signal provides browser extension access and backend processing for Amazon seller product research workflows in supported marketplaces.

2. Account responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their own account and for using the service only through authorized account access.

3. Acceptable use

Users should not misuse the service, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse quotas, or use the service in a way that violates applicable rules or third-party platform requirements.

4. Marketplace Data and Accuracy

Insightora may use third-party data sources, cached data, marketplace pages, and automated analysis to generate Quick Signal outputs. Marketplace information such as pricing, availability, sales rank, review counts, ratings, offer data, and historical signals may be delayed, incomplete, cached, unavailable, or different from the current live marketplace page.

Quick Signal outputs are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. They are not guarantees of current product status, future sales, profit, performance, eligibility, compliance, rankings, availability, marketplace accuracy, or other business outcomes. You are responsible for independently verifying important product, pricing, compliance, and marketplace information before making business decisions.

5. Planned subscription and quota summary

Launch pricing is being finalized. Planned launch pricing: $19.99/month for 500 Quick Signals per billing period. The free trial includes 5 lifetime Quick Signals. Paid access will open after billing approval and launch readiness checks. Billing is not open yet. Do not enter payment details unless redirected from an approved Insightora checkout after launch.

6. Planned extra packs

Extra Quick Signal packs are planned for paid-active accounts after billing launch: 100 extra Quick Signals for $8, 250 extra Quick Signals for $15, or 500 extra Quick Signals for $25. Extra packs apply only to the current billing period, do not roll over, and do not provide faster processing or priority access.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms will apply after paid billing is approved and launched. Billing is not open yet. When paid billing launches, customers will be able to cancel their subscription through the approved billing portal or account billing flow. Cancellation should not require emailing support as the primary path. For refund questions or billing help, contact support@insightora.io. 8. No guaranteed business outcomes

Insightora Quick Signal is a decision-support research aid and does not guarantee sales, profit, rankings, availability, marketplace accuracy, product success, or other business outcomes.

9. Availability limitations

The service may be unavailable or limited at times because of maintenance, technical issues, provider limitations, marketplace changes, security controls, or other operational reasons.

10. Service provided “as is”

Insightora Quick Signal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of specific results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Insightora is not responsible for business decisions made using the service.
