These Terms describe the planned rules for using Insightora Quick Signal, a browser extension and backend service for Amazon seller product research.

1. Service description

Insightora Quick Signal provides browser extension access and backend processing for Amazon seller product research workflows in supported marketplaces.

2. Account responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their own account and for using the service only through authorized account access.

3. Acceptable use

Users should not misuse the service, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse quotas, or use the service in a way that violates applicable rules or third-party platform requirements.

4. Subscription and quota summary

The paid plan is Insightora Quick Signal Monthly at $19.99/month and includes 300 Quick Signals per billing period. The free trial includes 5 lifetime Quick Signals. Quick Signals are subject to plan and quota limits.

5. Extra packs

Paid-active users may add extra Quick Signal packs: 100 extra Quick Signals for $8, 200 extra Quick Signals for $15, or 300 extra Quick Signals for $20.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation page for details.

7. No guaranteed business outcomes

Insightora Quick Signal is a research aid and does not guarantee profit, sales, ranking improvements, product success, or other financial outcomes.

8. Availability limitations

The service may be unavailable or limited at times because of maintenance, technical issues, provider limitations, marketplace changes, security controls, or other operational reasons.

9. Service provided “as is”

Insightora Quick Signal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of specific results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Insightora is not responsible for business decisions made using the service.
